Todd Turner graduated from Ouachita Baptist University and received his law degree from the UALR School of Law. He served as an officer in the Arkansas Army National Guard and has served as a deputy prosecuting attorney. In 2007, Todd was included in Mid-South Super Lawyers in the area of general litigation. This designation is based on a peer review process and only 5% of the total attorneys in Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee are included. He received the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association's Consumer Advocate Award in 2000 and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Better Business Bureau. He is a tenured delegate in the ABA House of Delegates and currently serves on the Board of Governors. He has served as President of the Southwest Arkansas and Clark County Bar Associations and he is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates. He has written several articles on consumer law issues and has served as class counsel in over 35 cases. He has handled over 20 appeals in cases involving consumer class actions and arbitration.
