FirmThe law firm of Arnold, Batson, Turner & Turner, P.A. was founded by former Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice W.H. "Dub" Arnold, C.A. Blake Batson, Todd Turner and Dan Turner. The firm is a general practice law firm that focuses on consumer protection, personal injury and civil litigation. Members of the Firm have served as class counsel in dozens of consumer class action lawsuits and have prosecuted dozens of jury trials and appeals. The Firm was a founding member of Arkansas Against Abusive Payday Lending, a coalition which is dedicated to addressing the abuses of predatory lending practices. Members of the Firm are actively involved in numerous civic and professional organizations and represent clients in a variety of legal matters. W.H. "Dub" Arnold: Dub Arnold graduated from Henderson State University and received his law degree from the U.A.L.R. School of Law. He has served as a Prosecutor, Municipal Court Judge, Circuit Court Judge and Chief Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court. C.A. Blake Batson: Blake Batson graduated from Henderson State University and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas. In 2006, Blake was elected Prosecuting Attorney for the Ninth-East Judicial District Todd Turner: Todd Turner graduated from Ouachita Baptist University and received his law degree from the U.A.L.R. School of Law. In 2007, Todd was included in Mid-South Super Lawyers in the area of general litigation. Dan Turner: Dan Turner graduated from Ouachita Baptist University and received his law degree from the U.A.L.R. School of Law. Dan has extensive trial experience and has served as class counsel and as a deputy prosecuting attorney.
